This site is located close to junction 31 of the M62. It is in a good location to serve Yorkshire, North Wales and the Midlands, including cities such as Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.

Just a short distance from junction 62 of the A1(M), this is the closest site for residents of the North of England (e.g. Newcastle, Carlisle, etc) and is by far the most accessible from Scotland.
